Paris Marathon

Steve NashSteve Nash, a friend of BSS Honorary Treasurer Kai Li, volunteered to run the Paris Marathon for the Society. He finished the marathon in just under 4 hours, which is a fantastic achievement considering he is slightly more than half a century old. The photo shows Steve after the marathon – the finishing line was not far away from the Arc de Triomphe.

Steve works for Abbey National and is applying for their Matched Donation Scheme to improve the substantial sum he has already raised for the Society. The Society sincerely thanks Steve for running the Paris Marathon and acknowledges the fantastic support he received from his friends and family, especially the logistical support before and after the marathon from his wife Sally.
